Introduction of Dolsan Mushroom Farming Association
Dolsan mushroom farm is located in the village of Dolsan island in clean Yeosu-si of korea. The farm began to grow shiitake mushrooms from 1999. It is the oldest specialized farm in Korea that has grown steadily by cultivating roe deer mushroom from 2001 to the present.In addition, we are focusing on the cultivation of high value-added special mushrooms such as reishi mushroom, wood ear mushroom, and oyster mushroom, and functional mushrooms.

This farm participated in the eco-friendly organic trade fair from 2014 to 2020 and obtained organic certification, organic processed food certification, and haccp certification.

In addition, we are testing and developing various types of mushroom cultivation methods, and are preparing to release functional mushroom rice with mushroom mycelium cultured on organic rice, and coffee with mushroom mycelium cultured on organic beans.
